		<description>I don&#039;t know about this... I mean, ads are there for ad-revenue generation to the producers (and usually it&#039;s only pennies a day for most!). It&#039;s hard to mimic this unless webseries go &quot;live&quot; and a player has the function to &quot;record&quot; so that they can skip ads when viewing later, but if they&#039;re &quot;live&quot; (no fast-forwarding), then they have to watch ads just like on TV. No player does this today as we know it.</description>

Especially as this medium goes through it&#039;s growing pains I think it&#039;s important for creators to remember that it is story and overall quality of your show that ultimately matters - not how much product placement you got or whether or not you can afford a Canon 7D. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only point I might disagree on is the idea of having three acts in a webisode. Granted, for most web shows the three acts in each individual episode would be VERY compressed in comparison to film or TV. I think too many series writers get caught up in the idea of making, say, one giant first act for their first couple of episodes (or even a season) and forget to throw in those twists, turns, and complications that will keep audiences watching after that precious first minute. I look at all my favorite scripted web shows and I can clearly see act breaks even in a 2-10 minute span.&lt;/p&gt;
